Location Data

Order One requests access to your device's location to enable location-aware service order handling and accurate field assignments. Location data is collected only while you are actively using the app and is not tracked in the background without your explicit consent.

You may disable location access at any time via your device settings. Doing so may limit certain app features related to field dispatch and order location tagging.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Biometric authentication and secure token-based session management.
